We are currently seeking an individual to manage our Inventory Flow. This would include assessing store floor plan and racks to determine product needed. Pulling the bins and handing clothing to fill the racks. Confirming that the store is ADEQUATELY full and the backstock is well organized. In addition, this individual would assist with the processing of clothing, customer service and displays throughout the store.

GOAL: Maintain a fresh and visually enticing store that is clean and well organized at a level exceeding the competition and above customer expectations.

THE JOB:

Organize backstock of clothing by sorting bins of clothing into preassigned categories.
Ensure that all bins are properly labeled and recorded in the Backstock Log and updated on the computer. Prior knowledge of Google Drive/Excel is helpful but can train.
Make certain that racks are 100% full but NOT overly stocked; racks must be shoppable at all times.
Assist with Floor changes based on inventory levels and sell through.

Qualifications

ORGANIZED and meticulous but able to make decisions (sort clothing) quickly.
Strong demonstration of current fashion trends for our core customer.
Strong coaching/leadership, customer service and selling skills with a take-charge mentality.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and consisting of a minimum 10 hours per week (PT or FT).
Must be able to lift and manipulate bins of clothing.
Demonstration of management skills and the go-to source for the team for creative solutions for all challenges encountered.
Outwardly display a high level of energy without need for motivation. Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Compensation: $9-$10
