We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Closing Lead to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring the store finishes strong each day, with excellent customer service, clean presentation, and smooth closing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead closing shift operations and daily store close-out
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and fully recovered before closing
- Support and motivate team members during closing hours
- Handle end-of-day procedures, including cash handling and register closeout
- Assist with merchandising and straightening the sales floor
- Maintain strong customer service through final hours of operation
- Communicate closing updates and issues with management
- Ensure all closing checklists are completed accurately
Requirements:
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
- Ability to lead and stay organized during busy closing shifts
- Dependable and punctual work ethic
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Preferred:
- Previous leadership or keyholder experience
- Experience in resale, thrift, or fashion retail
- Experience handling cash and closing procedures

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
