The Assistant Store Manager supports management by leading shift execution, supervising staff, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This role is responsible for delivering results during each shift and reinforcing store standards through consistent execution.

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of retail experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
