We carry thousands of mall and luxury brands at up to 80% off regular retail prices. We aim to make fashion more sustainable by giving life to gently used clothes that aren't being worn anymore. We're looking for part-time Fashion Consultants (sales associates) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging customer service
- Assist customers with styling, product questions, and purchases
- Process buys (evaluate, price, and tag clothing items)
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well merchandised
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
- Operate the POS system and follow cash handling procedures
- Support team productivity and follow direction from leadership
- Capture content for social media (new arrivals, outfits, store activity)
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, coachable, and detail-oriented
- Interest in fashion and resale is a plus
