About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Part-Time Social Media Director to lead and elevate our social media presence. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience who understands how to analyze successful brands, build a strategic content plan, and guide a team in producing engaging, high-performing content.

You will take ownership of our social media direction—reviewing what works in our industry, creating a structured posting schedule, and directing our team to help bring creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze social media content from successful stores and competitors
  • Develop a strategic social media plan aligned with brand goals
  • Create and maintain a structured content calendar
  • Plan and schedule engaging posts across relevant platforms
  • Direct and collaborate with team members to create fun, creative, and on-brand content
  • Provide guidance on content trends, formats, and growth strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Assist with other store responsibilities (buying, fitting rooms) as needed 

Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for businesses
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices
  • Experience creating content strategies and editorial calendars
  • Ability to lead and guide a team in content creation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently within set hours
