Our store curates an excellent selection of styles for teens and young adults. We are seeking a strong manager candidate who can take ownership of a store, store team, and inventory management. 

Oversee the daily operations of a store, ensuring profitability, managing inventory, and leading a team. Responsibilities include evaluating and pricing inventory, managing markdowns and merchandising, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with retail operations experience. 


Here's a more detailed breakdown of typical duties:
Inventory Management:
  • Evaluating and pricing inventory using proprietary software.
  • Managing inventory through markdowns, merchandising, and optimal pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Maintaining inventory rotation and stock levels.
  • Ensuring visual merchandising is maintained throughout the store. 
Staff Management:
  • Managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Motivating team members to achieve higher performance and positive customer interactions.
  • Conducting regular meetings with team members for training, updates, and feedback. 
Operational Efficiency:
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations of the store.
  • Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
  • Managing store opening and closing procedures.
  • Controlling labor costs and operational expenses.
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive customer traffic, buys, and sales. 
Customer Service:
Ensuring excellent customer service standards are met, Building positive customer relationships, and Utilizing probing techniques to overcome customer obstacles. 


General Management:
  • Working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Having strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Having 1-3 years of retail operations experience.
  • Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Having strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Potentially assisting with fashion buying, merchandising, and marketing.
