Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and align social media activities with campaign goals
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and platform changes
- Respond to customer inquiries or comments in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms

Every month, our franchise stores buy and resell thousands of clothing items that have been gently used at a fraction of the prices originally charged. Our stores feel more like a boutique than a thrift shop, allowing more people to feel comfortable shopping second-hand.
