We are looking for friendly, highly motivated people to join our team. As an Assistant Manager at our store you will have to lead a team of sales associates and supervisors to open and to close the store. You will learn how to become a buyer for us as we buy large amounts of inventory daily and all product must go out for sale at the end of each day. We work to keep a neat and organized workplace to ensure efficiency standards. Providing exceptional customer service is our #1 priority, so a friendly and positive attitude is always needed! We would like someone who is fashion conscious and has a solid and modern understanding of clothing brands and clothing trends.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to & from work
Can handle a VERY fast paced / high volume environment
Exceptional customer service skills
Must be available 32 hours per week average for opening and closing shifts and at least 2 Saturdays and Sundays
Understands that management is a people job first.
Able to lift bins of clothes up to 50 pounds
