We buy, sell, and trade styles from top brands like Abercrombie to luxury names like Gucci. Our style leans toward teens and young adults but everyone can find something to love at Uptown.
We are seeking a saavy, fun "manager type" who can take ownership of a store, lead a team, and assist with inventory management. Gotta have team spirit and a positive attitude (don't kill our vibe!)
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary software
- Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
- Coach a team of 8-12 people
- Run our boutique with passion and drive
- Must have at least 2 years Retail Management and at least 3 years Retail Experience in the last 5 years
- Must have a strong work ethic with great initiative
- Must be responsible and have a great attitude
- Retail Merchandising degree or Previous Resale Experience is a plus
