We buy, sell, and trade styles from top brands like Abercrombie to luxury names like Gucci. Our style leans toward teens and young adults but everyone can find something to love at Uptown!

We are seeking a strong, fun "Asst Manager type" who can take ownership of a store, lead a team, and assist with inventory management. Gotta have team spirit and a positive attitude (don't kill our vibe!)

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary software
Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
Coach a team of 8-14 people daily
Run our boutique with passion and drive
Must have 1-2 years experience in Retail Management in the last 4 years
Must be a team player, have great initiative, be responsible & a fast learner
Must have open availability on weekends
Must work well with a team and have a great attitude
Must work with Store Management to consistently meet KPI's
Must be able to fill in for call-outs from staff members
Must have STRONG WORK ETHIC!
